The Children Talents Identification and Development Organization (CTIDO), founded in 2015, is dedicated to nurturing young talent in Tanzania and East Africa. Their mission is to create opportunities for children to discover and develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment. CTIDO aspires to become a leading organization in youth talent development by building impactful partnerships with local and global stakeholders.

The organization welcomes passionate volunteers who wish to make a difference through roles such as coaching, educational support, community outreach, and media projects. No specific qualifications are necessary; a commitment to empowering young people, creativity, and a caring attitude are all that is required. Volunteer opportunities are flexible, with scheduling available from Tuesday to Sunday, in the mornings and afternoons. By joining CTIDO, volunteers contribute to helping children reach their full potential and become part of a meaningful movement of growth and opportunity.
